Front Service - Think Barista/ Tea Drink Making as well as Lite Baking. Mid Kitchen - Prep and basic Cooking Back Kitchen - Pastry Making and Prep The goal is to turn around a failing business within the next 60 days. Those who participate will need to sign and NDA. We will have camera crews at times and this process will be documented and potentially aired. Those who participate will have the opportunity to have these positions become permanent as we begin to expand to other cafe’s and markets. The pay is between $17-18 per hour paid weekly.
