Duties include working with the chef on expo, but also assisting the server, washing and polishing glassware, stocking wine and interacting with guests, and more. This is a vital position with many tasks. You must learn the menu very well. Experience in a semi-fine dining restaurant is required. Open Wednesday thru Sunday (Closed Mon/Tues). We need staff for all shifts, weekends mandatory.
