Speak Cheezy is Located in Belmont Heights Long Beach. We have recently been recognized by the Washington Post as some of the "The Best Pizza in America" Region by region. We pride ourselves on our 5-day Sourdough Fermentation Process . We make different types of pizza with different Grains and Hydration Levels. We are looking for an early morning DOUGH MAKER to help run our dough-making process. The ideal candidate would work around 30 to 40 hours a week. From 6 am until 2:30 or Noon. Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of flour. Portion and ball dough quickly. Be very structured and Organized. And a little DoughCD. No pun intended.
