Responsibilities: -Provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. -Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. -Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on food and beverages. -Take precise food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff. -Serve orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction. -Monitor tables and provide attentive service throughout the meal. -Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment. -Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. -Stay informed about menu changes and daily specials. -Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. -Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
