Comfortable operating in confined spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding or in crawlspaces. Willingness to follow instructions and perform tasks as required. Must possess basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer. Basic knowledge of construction methods and job site organization. Positive attitude, self-awareness, and respect for colleagues. Familiar with basic safety and health procedures, with ongoing safety training provided. Reliable transportation is optional. Must have authorization to work in the United States. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the job site, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials. Assist with site preparation tasks, such as digging trenches. Work in an organized manner and take responsibility for assigned duties. Effectively communicate ideas and information; demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness. Ensure personal and team safety at all times. Help maintain job site security, safeguarding personnel, tools, and materials. Occasionally drive a company vehicle depending on site needs, with a clean motor vehicle report required. Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Benefits $1,500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
