Responsibilities include: Case evaluation, direct client contact, conducting discovery. Reporting and scheduling depositions, and court appearances. Preparing cases for trial, and time management skills. Requirements: JD from an accredited Law School and in current good standing with the CA State Bar. Must possess excellent communication and writing skills with attention to detail. At least three years of litigation experience. At least three years of Medical Malpractice experience. Elder Abuse Law experience is a plus. Knowledgeable in the healthcare industry. Proficient with the latest trends and best practices in litigation. Trial experience and liability defense are a plus.
