For someone with some basic mechanical ability she is fairly Complete & Ready for you to Restore (IE) is a GREAT PROJECT & or Parts Motorcycle as She is Fairly Complete & has not much time on Her as she has been in storage for many years (IE) has not turned over in several years. When completed ,These are Great Bikes & FUN to RIDE for Riders with Nearly PERFECT BALANCE & GREAT for RIDERS of any & All Skill levels...Your Wife Your KIDS & YOU ! "SHE IS FREE & CLEAR" (IE) again She is out of the DMV System (IE) She is FREE & CLEAR of any back fees taxes etc etc (IE) She will have NO Back License Fees + NO Back Taxes + NO Back DMV Fees etc etc & if you would like to re-instate Her Calif Title it will only cost you about 170 to have her Calif. Title Reinstated  Into Your Name..(Again ,You will only need a title if you want to run Her on the Street or use her on Government National Forest Land...Otherwise the DMV Notice of Vehicle/Vessel Transfer should be all you need...
