QR Code Link to This Post I'm selling my 1971 Triumph custom chopper. I'm getting too old to be bar hopping any more and I don't really use this bike as much as I used to. It's a 1971 single carb 650 engine that has a 750cc kit installed in it. It runs very nicely and pulls hard for an old dog like this. Just about everything on this bike is custom: from the DNA inverted front forks to the Harley softtail rear suspension that is pneumatically controlled. This was a bike that was written up in several motorcycle magazines years ago. I still have one of those magazines here. The bike comes with a clean California title. It will need a battery and I noticed a slow leak in the air ride system that causes the rear fender to drag on the rear tire when the air pressure is too low. I'm sure it's not too much of a repair if you have a lift bench to get the bike up off the ground to work on it. At the moment, the front fender is off the bike because I think it looks better that way but the fender is here along with the chopper.
